I would just like to say that I have lived here for a year and a half. Within two months of us being here we started to have a mouse problem. We had maintenance come out and also the exterminator come out to our home and nothing. We were told that the problem was being solved but yet we still ended up with a mouse in our home. Within in the year and a half we caught a total of FOUR mice. Some of the staff at the office were very nice and sympathetic while others not so much. I would ask for the manger to call me and no one would give her the message. I finally had to stop in in person and speak to the manager. At that point they just sent out an exterminator and a maintenance worker and supposedly found more gaps that they had to patch up and fix and the exterminator set up a mouse trap in every corner possible in my home. Needless to say they weren't much of home decor. There was nothing management could do so they had me write an e-mail to their corporate office to see if they would let me end my lease early or even let me stay on a month to month lease so that when I found somewhere else to go I could not get penalized paying extra money to break my lease early. FYI we pay $1310.00 a month to live with mice!!!!! There response was that four mice is not considered an infestation and would not grant us any changes to our lease. So please unless you want to pay a ton of money and live with mice please stay away!!! I'm just trying to save you time money and a whole lot of frustration. more

Poor location. Right next to the Woodlands a known Ghetto. I was peeped in the windows and nothing really noted when management told. Lights blew in parking lots over and over for years. I was robbed the day I moved out and lost my childhood memories-It was a neighbor-I am sure who was watching me CREEPY LOSERS live in this place. I lived many places before and never had this trouble-I have never been robbed until Hamilton Greene..The owner is full of him or herself in the review-Be warned someone is living there that watches his or her neighbors...Be warned live somewhere else. And when I said I was robbed they could have cared less at the office and they even charged me after I went back the day of the move 25 bucks to get in really compassionate folks--STAY AWAY from this dump Pros: Not much Cons: I was peeped and robbed within 2 lousy years more

I was watched through windows and was robbed of my personal bags in my car. Childhood memories of 38 years just taken by the low class losers that live there. I have lived in a few placed and never been robbed. Staff could have cared less about the loss when I told them. All about the rent they get and the hell with anyone's safety. Never live here--trouble brews from your own neighbors..VERY POOR QUALITY OF PEOPLE LIVE THERE--BE WARNED. Pros: Not much-No Help with any problems crime wise. Cons: I was robbed in the parking lot more
