I wrote earlier about the on-going challenge I was having with the service department of Haldeman Subaru. Here's how the story ended: I got a call from Randy; he listented to my tale of repeated frustration, took repsonsibility for the problems -- no excuses, no justifications, and he pledged to follow through. The story has a happy ending. Within 24 hours of talking to Randy, I had a new tail light, my car was washed and clean (something that couldn't be done with a broken tail light), it was completed ahead of schedule so I was able to pick it up early. I have to give credit where credit is due -- Haldeman Subaru's service department earned my respect by acknowledging the problem and rectifying it, making good on the promise to fix the car in a timely manner and going above and beyond by cleaning it, too. Bought used 1998 Ford F150 (lemon) from ""a Friend"" at what I thought was a good price so many problems finally brought it to this dealer and the mechanic diagnosed and solved all the problems and now it is lemonade. My son who served four years in the US Navy now has a safe vehicle and thanks to the mechanic Brian he will be able to use the four wheel drive this winter. It pays to go to the best! Thank you for your great service and to Pete who was so patient with all my concerns. You have a customer for life! more

The service writer, service manager and general manager are all very much customer centric and go out of their way to provide the highest level of service I have ever experienced with a dealer. They always have the car ready when promised and provide a loaner when I request one. more

Had an oil change and tire rotation done on my F-150 yesterday. Jamie Hart in the service department was amazing to work with. She kept me informed as repairs were made and kept up an accurate time line as to when I would be ready to leave. I always deal with Jamie when I go there and she never lets me down. Thank you Jamie for caring about your customers and taking pride in your job. more

Really bad service before even getting service!!!!\r \r I called to make an appointment I was told to drop my car off the night before so they could take a look at it sometime the next day. I called to confirm but was told at that time service department was closed I stated ok well he said for me to drop off car and there are two haldeman ford just want to make sure I have the right one the woman in customer service stated the address I drove a half hour to find a gate locked so you could not drop off car and was told we don't do night before drop offs once I was there. ill be going to another dealership for service if its that much of a struggle to just get my car there wasting gas time and making my wife who is due in 3 weeks drive the other car for no reason this was a sure sign of the quality of service and help they will offer. Nice job!!! more

i went in to get a 10,000 mile service on my ford edge. the staff was friendly especially the cashier. she was so pleasant! while i was waiting for my car there was another customer that was unable to wait for her repairs to be completed and one of the service managers arranged to drop her off at home as well as pick her up when her service was complete. i work in customer service and i thought that was definitely going above and beyond to make sure the client was happy. more

Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation for our Ford Edge. No problems what so ever. I dealt with Jamie in the service department. She is awesome to deal with. She's efficient and professional. She keeps you informed every step of the way. The best technician in the place, Ryan, get's everything done right the first time. The vehicle comes back free of oily footprints and handprints. You will not get a better experience anywhere! more

I bought a 2011 Fusion SE from them and had a great experience. It started when I requested an online quote - Sandy responded to me within a couple of hours with by far the best price of any dealer who responded. When the car they quoted me on had over 525 miles on the odometer (way too many for a new car), they were kind enough to search for the identical car at another dealership without even asking for a deposit first. They found that car within two days and still honored their original quote. When their other drivers were busy, Sandy even drove up to the swap dealer herself so I could take delivery on time. They also gave me the price I was looking for on my trade-in without any hassle. I can't speak about the other salespeople, but Steve, Sandy and Marge (the sales manager) were all tremendous to me. Two thumbs up! more

Halderman's Service Rep Tim Miller has provided me with the best of service and responsiveness over the years; and, was primarily the reason that I choose to keep my business at Halderman Ford. more

I was able to deal with Steve Leonardo in a adult manner about purchasing a new truck. Because of the Holidays, there was a factory option to be installed after the holidays. Steve kept his word and it's a done deal. Not much more I could ask for. more
