GREAT WORK AND POLITE! 3/10/2011

i have saved money from having to buy new shoes, because hakky makes my shoes look brand new. My work boots, my wifes heels, and my kids dirty shoes, always get fixed and it is very affordable. Way better than having to buy new shoes. I also really like the insoles they have fitted for me. Great help and very polite and personable. more

SUPER SERVICE 3/10/2011

I go to hakky whenever I need almost anything fixed! They really do a great job and are very affordable and friendly. The guy was so nice, he did it for me while I waited because I told him I needed it asap. My shoes looked brand new when I left. I go there everytime now and have never been disappointed and I have always been treated very nicely. more

Just like new at less than one third the cost. 2/2/2011

This shop has restored two pairs of shoes for me by replacing the soles and restoring the color so that they looked like brand new shoes. The turn around is fast and the cost was very reasonable. more

Will NEVER go there again! 11/20/2008

I took some shoes to this store to have an elastic strap shortened. I set my shoe box on the counter and opened it to show the employee what i wanted done. Before I could even say a word, he started yelling ""we won't work on those kinds of shoes anymore! Nobody's ever happy when we're done! etc, etc"". He went on for at least a full minute and turned abruptly, turned on a loud machine and started working on some shoes. My daughter and I just stood there wondering what just happened. It was a very freaky experience and I will NEVER step foot into a Hakky shoe repair store again. Pros: None! Cons: Abusive employee more

  • Dominic and Gino Mina are the owners of Hakky shoe repair and Comfort Footwear of Indiana. The brothers have been providing shoe repair and footcare needs for nearly 30 years. With thier experience, they deliver fast, quality shoe repair for a fair price. While continuing in the footsteps of his grandfather, who was a master shoemaker from Italy, Dominic started his career in the Greenwood mall in 1987. Soon after, his brother Gino joined him in his venture. In 1994 they opened a second location in the castleton square mall. In 1999 Dominic's son Nick joined the duo and the three have built one the the best shoe repairs and foot comfort stores in Indiana.
