I have used this company unfortunately two seperate times in two years, and both times were a disaster! They do not show up.. I took 3 days off of work on both occasions and both times the tech had a family emergency. They don't call, and don't show. The are completely rude and show no empathy to your problems. I was told I had to use them through my home warranty company and both times they have been a disaster. I had a dryer a year ago that needed repair. They did not show THREE times. Then when they did they said they could not work on it because of the brand.. Time wasted! I waited THREE weeks for a repair. Now I have another appliance in need of repair, am told I have to use them again. I am thinking a year ago may have just been a fluke and unfortunately the same thing has happened again. I am getting a complete run around with the receptionist Nikki and Arlan, and have tried to talk to the owner and there is no one that cares.. I have been lied to repeately and am at their mercy for a repair. I am easy to get a long with but these people are THE WORST service in town! The tech made a huge mess in my kitchen, asked me for a towel, burned my floor, left water everywhere, and did not fix my problem. It has again taken three weeks for a repair, and when I have complained to the staff.. they just say ""it is not their problem"". Please do not use this company!! If you have a home warranty refuse service with this company. They are untrusworthy, liars, and should not be in business. I am not sure how they are able to keep their doors open with this kind of service!! Insist on your warranty service through another company. Pros: nothing!! They are horrible! Cons: EVERYTHING!! They do not show up, do not fix your problem, and are RUDE! more

I REFUSE to let these folks into my home. Waisted two days waiting for them to show up ..... the dispatching girls are lairs and are very rude.\r \r Call A Plus for your service needs. Cons: They NEVER show up. more

This company certainly does not even care for its customer.They need to remove service from their name.I won`t get into details because it would take a while.Every time you call them they put you on hold for 5-10 minutes.They schedule a appointment then never show up.You call them and they give you an attitude like it is your fault.They told me that they repaired the dryer on Firday when noone was here,which means the tech came inside ,turned off my alarm and fixed my dryer,funny thing it still didn`t work. Stay away from these crooks. more

Bad people to do business with,,,, never on time, do some service. Told me they would be there the following day, and comfirmed that afternoon and ensure me he would be there,,,,never showed up,, service Mgr. said he called me on the cell, we all know cell phone keep records of incomeing call and messages... no record,,, said he call my house and left message on answer mechine,, that's funny, I don't own an answer mechine so they were cough lieing to me..... also service the same thing 3 month ago it went down again, come up with all kinds of stories not to come back because it would not be cover under my insurance because it is a call back,, there cost,,,These people you can not trust,, what else have they lied about,, did they screw my insurance out of money, did they con anyone else DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE !!
