David Pittman - Service Advisor Review 3/31/2012

I just want to write a review to state how happy I am with the service that David Pittman at Greenway Ford in Orlando, Fl provided me as a service advisor. My car had an issue with the back door not closing properly which required work from the body shop. Well the shop was exceptionally busy and wouldn't be able to get to my issue for a few days. Well that wasn't going to work cause I was going out of town that day. Well David did what he could and they were able to give my vehicle priority and they fixed it in 20 minutes which meant I didn't need to try to get a rental for my trip from them. David was professional and exceptional to work with. He is a great asset to Greenway, they need more guys like him. more

Aaron was a great service rep. i did not have an appointment he got my truck in quickly had it diagnosed and repaired within a few hours, great service considering a transmission problem. more

I had my Chrysler 300 recently at Greenway Dodge for a oil change and some maint. David Pittman was the person who helped me with all my service. Arron was very helpful and informative of the status of my car. He explained the issues we were running into and the resolution being applied. I waited from 10 am till 5 pm but I was not upset from the wait because I knew what was happening and didn't mind waiting. As a consumer we need to be aware that jobs being done for the first have a learning curve. So giving the mechanic the time he needs to complete the job successfully may run over the estimated time but the bottom line is it was done correctly. Thanks for a job well done. more

Outstanding Service 3/19/2012

I have been a long term customer of Greenway for sometime now, but never before have I been met with the same courtesy and professionalism that I experienced during my last visit. Not only did Aaron Horowitz go out of his way to ensure that the job was done correctly, but also followed up a week later to ensure that I had what I needed. Although it took several visits to get the parts and repairs, Quentin did an exceptional job of shuttling me to and from work in a time fashion over the course of two days....while Aaron went above and beyond to make sure the job was fast, convenient, and affordable. I am thoroughly impressed with how personable these guys are....one of the manager's (Dave) even noticed my new haircut. Wow! The small town feel was really refreshing.... Thanks Greenway! more

Stephen and Greenway Dodge are excellent. They are willing to help and provide solutions to whatever problem you may be facing with your car. Our horn has been giving us trouble in the past, but Stephen continuously works and always makes sure to solve our car's problem. He is very informative and provides us with information. He keeps us posted and most importantly, finds solutions to our car's problems. Highly recommended! more

Service 2/23/2012

Great customer service all the way down to the porter! I called in with an issue and talk to Steve "Stephen" who advised me to go ahead and bring the vehicle in, he would be waiting! I had to get a new key all together but while I waited I got an oil change that was much needed. Steve came out and explained everything to me and how my inspection went! The process was fast and painless, would recommend!! more

WORST car shopping experience EVER! 2/21/2012

I was there receiving a van for my parents. Sales contracts signed, credit card forms filled out, even bought insurance! After waiting over 3 hours "FLAVIO" the used car manager informs us that while we were sitting there, someone else arrived, test drove the same van, and that he was selling it to them because they were paying by check. The other buyer did not offer more, nor had they started paperwork. Even though the card had been authorized, he cancelled the sale. Our salesperson, Rob, was very kind and did everything in his power to try to complete the sale for us. He was as upset as I was that the vehicle had been sold out of under me while I was sitting there. I give kudos to Rob, but because of the actions of Flavio, I will not be using this dealership or any of their partners ever again. IF YOU GO THERE TO BUY A CAR, BRING CASH OR THEY WILL SELL IT OUT FROM UNDER YOU!!! Do Not Trust This Crooked Dealership! more

Not only were they very patient with my mother but they very nice in the way they handled her and her vehicle. 5 Star Service 2/5/2012

I was treated to professional and courteous service by Greenway Dodge and staff - especially Aaron Horowitz. They accommodated my work schedule and stayed later than usual for my appointment. They even went the extra step of taking the time to give a well needed hand wash. This is the only service center I will be visiting. Thank you! more
