GREAT SERVICE +++ 10/19/2010

Last week i took my jeep wrangler to greenway dodge because i had a problem with the steering, it was vibrating out of control, when i arrive THOMAS MONTANO explain to me what it was going to be done, he was very helpful and profetional, he also call me a few times to let me know about the progress on my car, i feel very lucky that THOMAS was the service advisor that day, the problem was found and corrected, i'm very happy with they way it was handle and the cost of repairs. I can't forget the great service i recive from thomas and his team.THANK YOU again. more

Great Service Experience 10/12/2010

I went in for an oil change and was so pleased! I did not have an appointment but they took my car right away, performed the oil change, rotated the tires and checked all the systems in less than 40 minutes. The service waiting room was perfect with plenty of seating. Also the service was reasonably priced. I am going again for my next service visit! more

I went to the service department with a nail in the left front tire, it was about 0700 hrs. and Tom took the time to get me a new set of tires for the Jeep and also change the oil on the vehicle. Great service. Anacelis Parra more

Stereo and speaker replacement 9/28/2010

I am very satisfied with the service I received. I recently purchased a 2007 certified Ram pick-up. The first thing it did was eat my cd. The people at Greenway Dodge were very helpful and curteous in resolving the situation. They accomplished the task in a timely and professional manner. My stereo was replaced immediately with a new one. This only took 2 hours which was less than I thought it would take. Then we discovered there was also a bad door speaker. I was told that both door speakers would be replaced and it should take about 2 hours. The job was completed and returned to me in 1 1/2 hours. The truck was as clean as when I had given it over to the service department. The only evidence that they had even been in my truck was that now my stereo works as it should and sounds great. Thanks to all involved for a job well done and especially Tom. He took the time to explain to me what would be done and answer any questions I had to put me at ease before moving on to his next task. I would like to thank Greenway Chrysler’s Service Manager James Nadeau for his attention to detail in both the service and customer satisfaction. During Mr. Nadeau’s routine visit to keep me informed of the service progress on my car I asked him his opinion on tires. Mr. Nadeau was more than helpful. Excellent Service 9/20/2010

My wife just came buy to show me the new tires and alignment that was done today at Greenway Jeep on my 2007 Range Rover. They look awesome, and she said that your service representative David Cogle was extremely helpful in picking out the right tire for my truck. She stated that he was very courteous and very helpful from the moment that she dropped off the truck, until it was returned back to her. The service was top notch that she recieved from him and she will definitely be back to Greenway Jeep and will request him, and also pass on to others what an excellent representative of the company he is. more

I just want to take a moment to convey to Mr. Tom of Greenway Dodge the highest rating for a job so well done and for displaying such excellent customer service. Not only did Mr. Tom help to assist me with my car troubles, but, he helped calm down my nerves(lol), and, at the same time provided the best customer services ever, for real, I'm not joking, let me share..This past weekend my car broke down, just would not start-up, no matter what I tried, my car would not crank. I started to panic, it was late in the evening (after 6pm), and, I was terrified that I would not be able to find help for my car troubles....so I continued to panic (swearing, crying, stomping, you get the picture). Finally, I contacted Greenway Dodge (cause, I purchased my car from them), and, almost immediately, I was connected to Mr. Tom. (I can remember the first time ever meeting Mr. Tom, he struck me as a "take control, I know my stuff" kind of guy (lol)). Well, that's just what he did for me and my car troubles. He didn't make any promises, but continued to say, "just calm down and I'll do what I can, just calm down) and he continued to assure me that "everything would be okay." And, Yes, he kept his word, he not only put me in a rental for the weekend (at no cost to me) until my car troubles were resolved, but he contacted and worked with my warranty company to make sure I was provided the services I had purchased. I'm truly grateful to Mr. Tom and his excellent caring customer service that he provided me in my desperate time of need. All I can say is that God is good, Mr. Tom is a man of his word, and, I beleive he is a great asset to Greenway Dodge. Moreover, Mr. Tom made me a believer, that at Greenway Dodge the customer is "always" first and will be "satisfied." Thanks, again, Mr. Tom for your excellent customer service you provided me! Great Service 9/10/2010

I just got back from doing an oil change and tire alignment and had the best service. Dave Cogle was the person who took care of me and it was honestly the best experience I've had there. I never have a bad experience there before, but Dave went above and beyond to make sure everything went quick and smoothly. I only waited one hour, which before I came to Greenway, I would wait more than over an hour for something simple. I highly recommend going here for service, its way less stressful than going anywhere else! more

AVOID this dealership!!! 9/10/2010

Good: They seemed friendly and professional at first.... Bad: It turns out that they performed an expensive repair on my Jeep that was not needed. All I needed was a new battery, instead made up a $650 repair that was false. They were dishonest and got very snarky when called on their lack of integrity. Their prices are high compared to other service places but I mistakenly thought a dealership would hold themselves to a higher standard of honesty and service. Boy, was I wrong.. Other: Save yourself a lot of money and irritation and go elsewhere, unless you enjoy paying for expensive repairs your car doesn't need to begin with!. more

I was shocked to receive a call from Tom M. in the service dept. bright & early Sat. morning telling me he had my key, and the car was already scheduled for service. In 22 years of "new" car-buying, this is the first time I've ever given an "excellent" rating. Bought a new 2010 Patriot from Ron "Griff" Griffen and the experience was 100% completely hassle-free. They gave me more than a fair-price on my trade-in. Plus they put NO pressure on me to buy any extras on the new Patriot. Nor did Greenway try to persuade me to purchase a more decked-out model. I bought a very basic Patriot with a manual-transmission, crank-windows, and NON-power door-locks. Before I even set foot in the dealer, Ron gave me a firm quote on the Patriot and stuck to it when I showed up.
