I just want to take a moment to convey to Mr. Tom of Greenway Dodge the highest rating for a job so well done and for displaying such excellent customer service. Not only did Mr. Tom help to assist me with my car troubles, but, he helped calm down my nerves(lol), and, at the same time provided the best customer services ever, for real, I'm not joking, let me share..This past weekend my car broke down, just would not start-up, no matter what I tried, my car would not crank. I started to panic, it was late in the evening (after 6pm), and, I was terrified that I would not be able to find help for my car troubles....so I continued to panic (swearing, crying, stomping, you get the picture). Finally, I contacted Greenway Dodge (cause, I purchased my car from them), and, almost immediately, I was connected to Mr. Tom. (I can remember the first time ever meeting Mr. Tom, he struck me as a "take control, I know my stuff" kind of guy (lol)). Well, that's just what he did for me and my car troubles. He didn't make any promises, but continued to say, "just calm down and I'll do what I can, just calm down) and he continued to assure me that "everything would be okay." And, Yes, he kept his word, he not only put me in a rental for the weekend (at no cost to me) until my car troubles were resolved, but he contacted and worked with my warranty company to make sure I was provided the services I had purchased. I'm truly grateful to Mr. Tom and his excellent caring customer service that he provided me in my desperate time of need. All I can say is that God is good, Mr. Tom is a man of his word, and, I beleive he is a great asset to Greenway Dodge. Moreover, Mr. Tom made me a believer, that at Greenway Dodge the customer is "always" first and will be "satisfied." Thanks, again, Mr. Tom for your excellent customer service you provided me! Furthermore, to Greenway Dodge for living up to its reputation of being a Five Star rating car dealership...
