Don't go for a Mani/Pedi 4/27/2009

$75 for just a basic manicure and pedicure and had to listen to the lady talking for over an hour about herself how great she is. They have a very small selection of nail polish colors to offer that are horrible. I will always prefer going to one of those walk in places that have massage chairs and do just as good of a job. \r I should have spent my money on a massage or facial instead. I think that part of the spa is good. more

Not for asians 9/22/2007

I made my husband an appointment to get a haircut. I asked the girl who made my appointment to make sure it was someone who was good with men's hair and asian people's hair. So she made me an appointment with Bridgette. When I saw his haircut it was awful. Now I am no hair guru, but this was not cut correctly at all, and it was pretty obvious. The back of his head and sides were all uneven, and on the side he had a huge indention where she had cut it too short. There were some hair's that she did not even cut and were still the original length. So I made him go back to get it fixed. Luckily Robin was there to fix the problem and it is much better now. However, while there we saw Bridgette (my husband was sitting in the chair next to her station) and she did not once apologize for the haircut or even come over to see what was wrong. It was my husband who said hello to her and acknowledged her existence. She has very poor customer service and haircutting skills (atleast for asian men.) \r Thank you Robin for fixing the problem, but unfortunately I do not think we will be going back. \r more
