Apparently, Greenberg and Sada are desperate for clients. Collections agencies such as Credit Service Company, Inc. must have them on a retainer. How else could they afford, or even justify for that matter, the decision to file a summons on a developmentally disabled man for a medical bill from Memorial Hospital in Colorado Spring dated 2/21/07. The alleged bill was for just over $1,000.00 but with interest he now owes over $2,000.00. If their goal is to take advantage of a cognitively impaired janitor who had his bladder removed because of cancer and a heart device inserted to deal with the chronic heart failure from the chemotherapy and radiation treatment all performed at Memorial Hospital, they've succeeded. Memorial was paid by insurance, his meager savings, and a charity organization. If their goal is to create additional stress that could potentially kill him, forcing him to attending a pretrial conference is a good idea. Is it any wonder lawyers have a poor reputation?
