I have been gardening organically for 5 years now. I follow the methods recommended by Malcolm Beck and Howard Garrett. I have had a great deal of success So long as I am only making purchases everything goes smoothly, but when I have questions I find the staff to be impatient and unhelpful, bordering on actual rudeness. It really surprises me. It is worse when I call with questions, rather than try to help find a solution the answer is flat out, we don't know, but it must be something you are doing wrong, NEXT! Poor Customer Service 4/2/2009

I experienced a very rude staff member. When I emailed the store with my experience I was met with a lazy and uncaring answer From the owner's son DAN ROSS. They basically said ""oh well"". This was the second bad experience I had at Green Mama's. Pros: organic Cons: aweful customer service more
