Horrible place, stay away. The dentist is decent but the rest of the staff makes you feel like you are a piece of crap and don't deserve any respect.\r This place is ran like a circus. Nobody knows what they are doing. \r To avoid so much aggravation, go somewhere else. more

Dr. Russo has been gone from this clinic for about 3 years. There is an outstanding dentist there now called Dr. David Moheban. He is excellent. I was ready to leave this dental practice and then they hired him. He is very conscientious and professional. I would doubt that he would ever have a patient complaint. He has done a crown and also repaired my front tooth and did not stop until he had done a perfect job. more

Tthe 3 times that i have been there and have gotten routine cleanings and x-rays, i had a small balance due after first visit. Staff told me he was too busy all the visits too look at me, and if they saw any concerns with my x rays they would call me. I felt i needed a filling on one tooth and got second opinion right away from another dentist, and found out i was right, i had a cavity. I believe i was treated according if i was paid up to date. what an AHOLE! and his little BiCCHES. more

I am sorry you had an unfortunate experience at our office. You initially came into the office for tooth pain in the upper left region. A radiograph was taken and both tooth #'s 14 and 15 were badly decayed. You told me that you only wanted to do one tooth so I restored #14 knowing that you would most likely need root canal therapy. You were informed of my findings and left the office without incident. The following day you returned to the office telling people in the waiting area that I ""filled"" the wrong tooth and demanded to be seen. When I attempted to discuss your condition you began screaming at me asking me ""What's your name?"" over and over. At this point, I left the room to get the office mangager to witness your behavior. We had to ask you to leave the office because of your unstable behavior and almost had to call the police to escort you off the property.\r \r more

nonexistent servicce, dense staff 7/7/2010

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED, DO NOT GO HERE... I called in and informed the receptionist that my insurance provider had referred me to their offices and tried to make an appointment. Because I was a new patient, she needed proof that I was covered, ok. I told her that I was working from the cape for the summer and that my provider had made Great Expressions my primary dentist, effective immediately. After much hemming and hawing, she informed me that they needed to wait a month to get a piece of paper that stated I was covered. I said well, I know I'm covered, can't I get my insurer to send you something. She said, oh yeah you can do that. An hour later and my insurer had faxed in proof of coverage. She couldn't find the section that said I was covered. Another hour later and my insurance provider had sent her another version of the paper, with the section that stated that I was covered UNDERLINED... Still not good enough. She said she'd call the insurance provider to check. Half a day goes by, and oh yeah she hasn't called me back. I call her back and she tells me she is about to go on break and she'll call me back. Several hours later I call her back and she tells me that despite enormous efforts on my part to get her these forms, hours on the phone with my insurance provider and her, they're just going to wait for their normal form, but they don't have any availability before then anyway!!! BIOTCH. Cons: inefficient, lazy, inept staff more

Going to the dentist is never like going to the spa, but Dr. Russo makes the visit unbearable. I went in with tooth pain, and he re-filled the wrong tooth! After my visit, the pain was worse, and I couldn't eat on that side of my mouth. When I went back to get it fixed, Dr. Russo insulted me, was condescending, and ran out of the room like a coward when I asked him his name. I see in another post that he was on Probation with the Mass Division of Professional Licensure, and I'm going to follow up to make sure they hear about this incident.
