Grandview Car Wash

I was appalled at how I was treated as a potential customer, when I turned into their parking lot by accident. I called to complain to management as soon as I got home. The manager was semi-apologetic on the phone, but ultimately defended his employees' actions. It was presumed that I was only there to cause trouble, since I was on a motorcycle. I was scolded like a teenager and told to leave immediately... as I was in the middle of doing a u-turn to do just that (hey, we've all turned the wrong way one in our lives, right?). The employee was belligerent, belittling, and accusatory. Don't believe me? This is why I ride with a helmet camera. I was stunned. Way to burn a bridge, Mr. Customer-Friendly. Neither I, nor any of my circle of friends, will be giving this establishment any of our business. more

For the most part, I've been pleased with the service that I have received. On one occasion, my car was still dirty after I left. They are very reasonably priced for the services that they perform. I have any left change out in the open in my car just as a test, and it was all there when my car was returned to me. Now that it is under different management, they have done much better. more
