I can't stress enough how good the house brewed beers are at this restaurant. My personal favorite is the Marzen, but there is a beer for anyone who likes beer. The food is above ...

Great location not so great food. Waiter said all fresh but only fresh item was cease salad. Most tasted like fake canned and processed food heated in a microwave...but still cold! more

Really enjoyed eating here. Their outside seating area was very nice. The sliders were fantastic. more

Amazing experience!!! The food was out of this world, the service was even better. Highly recommended! Loved this place and will definitely visit again more

I actually haven't eaten here. When I came for dinner I was told the kitchen had already closed. I tried the microbrew sampler. The serve was slow but I assume it was due to it being the last hour of the night. He was friendly. The beer was good. more

Something very weird is going on in GB. I can't place my finger on it but it has something to do with the staff. I normally eat at the bar and the food is very greasy-spoon American schtick kinda good, but some of the staff appears to be under the influence . . . maybe that's what it is? The bar-tender . . . well you get it. I think the staff hangs out there too after their shifts and appears to get a little twisted. As a customer, I'm not sure I like that feeling. However, the beer is kinda good. Reminds me of Hops. Remember that place? more

Great food and beer 6/7/2011

I really like this place. The food comes in decent sized portions and the beer selection was pretty good too. It's a little pricier than most places I go to, but if you're used to the prices at other places in the area it's similar. I wouldn't come here all the time, but would definitely come if I was planning on a night out with some friends. more

Oh...and Garlic fries too. Casual atmosphere with my favorite beer Martzen. Good location to the Marriot if you're downtown for business. more

The root beer is delicious as are the microbrews. I like the syrupy shot you get when you drin k the root beer too quickly from your straw. Have had the iceberg salad wedge with bacon - very good. And the creole pasta is good too. Right now it's Octoberfest and they have a German menu including 2 soft pretzels as an appetizer with special mustards. One of these days I will make it to dessert. The waitstaff is incredibly friendly and we end up picking up on conversations from the last time we were at Gordon Biersch. Also a great place to catch a game. Flat screen tvs everywhere. more

Brewed on the premises beer is all well and good but the food is pretty awful. I always judge a place on the quality of the American standard bearer the burger. A frozen bought patty is just not good enough. Any chef can make a fresh patty and it makes all the difference. more

Excellent beer and bar food 7/15/2007

I can't stress enough how good the house brewed beers are at this restaurant. My personal favorite is the Marzen, but there is a beer for anyone who likes beer. The food is above average for a pub type place, but that is expected due to it's upscale feel and location. I highly recommend the hummus and goat cheese salad( i usually ask for the hummus on the side). The burgers and fries are also very tasty. Overall, a wonderful experience. Pros: great food, great beer, great price Cons: parking more

Gorgeous Bartenders 10/28/2005

Good food and good beer aside the real treat is the absolute EYE CANDY serving you from behind the bar. What a delicious treat, I know what I want for dessert!!! Always cheery and witty its really the only reason me and my girlfriends go. more

like some fries with your garlic?? 11/29/2002

lets just start by saying I am weary of chains(which this is) but it wasnt that bad-just go for pubgrub and you should be fine their burgers are pretty good and the fries which are served with a huge pile of garlic arent bad either nothing is earth shattering but for miami its good, sorry I am an obnoxious NYer,btw their beers are good too Pros: burgers, beer Cons: anything creative more
