We took our vehicle to this shop to have our oil changed and our tires replaced. First, they charge more than their competitors. Second, they got oil on our car seat. Those things I was able to live with. My husband took the car home and I went out to the store for some much needed groceries. Well to my surprise I don't even get a mile down the road when it breaks down on me. Call and get it towed to the nearest shop. Well boy we were blown away when we were told that the engine had ceased because there was no oil in it. We contacted Goodyear and they said they weren't responsible because they don't guarantee their work expect for on their tires. What a bunch of crock! Boy did we learn our lesson the hard way.
