i brought my truck in for a camber adjustment, they told me 1 hour and 120.00 for parts. so i set up an appointment, brought my truck in and waited for an hour. then they came out told me its gonna be another 3 hours of labor(charged) and another 200 for parts. not only did i have to wait because i didnt set up for a ride to come because it was suppose to be an hour, but they broke my window that they denied. if u could only see the discuss on the peoples faces in line in front of me because they was doing the same stuff to them as well! so long story short i called the manager (rick da prick) that they broke my window and he knew, but played dumb, and asked him what u gonna do about my window? he said "well u know bro we can fix it for another hundred because he had to order a new track". so i decided i was gonna open up the panel myself to see what was going on, i found out the window was just off track and needed to to be adjusted. works like its suppose to now and it was fr more

I took my car in for a wheel alignment. No additional parts were needed, or recommended by Mililani Goodyear. After I picked up the car and got on the H-2 I noticed the car had a slight to moderate constant pull to the right. I returned for correction of the problem and the "alignment specialist" said he knew the alignment was not to specifications but he had done the best he could. He said there were structural problems with front end parts on my car that made it impossible to provide an alignment that would met specifications. In essence, I would just have to live with the problem.\r My car is not new but I was skeptical of the claim because I am the original owner, no one else drives my car, and it has not been in a crash. I brought my car in for a rear brake repair on a Tuesday. I received a call that afternoon in which I was informed that they had also conducted a "courtesy" inspection in which it was revealed that I had two old belts (they're all "old" after a couple of months, a dirty air filter (I changed it three months ago, and that I needed an oil change and tune up, by the way an air filter change is part of a tune up. This elevated the $490 quoted brake job to $1350. Are you kidding me? $860 for a tune up, oil change and two belt replacements? I would have pulled the car right then but it was on the the lift dismantled, additionally I was leaving for Iraq in a week and had to get it done. I told them just fix the brakes.
