They have been a great shop to deal with, both in customer service and quality of repairs. I am pleased with their honest and upfront nature. These guys do good work!

The employees here were great to us when we broke down near them.They let us cam out in front of the shop while we waited for our car to be done. We could have had the same car trouble anywhere but we are glad we had the opportunity to meet and we appreciate all their hard fast work. more

They were great to deal with and very truthful. They have fixed our crown vic and grand marquis. They found a small problem that took 5 minutes to fix and did not charge us for it. We could have paid hundreds elsewhere for the same thing. Thanks for the honesty and integrity. We will never go anywhere else. more

Helped me save a lot of money by going to them instead of the dealer. I got a large quote at the dealer so tried these guys and they not only did the work cheaper they found a better option for fixing the issue. I appreciate their honesty and being given options other than the most expensive one. more

I took my Ford truck in for the 100,000 mile check up. They serviced my transmission, changed all the fluids and oils, replaced all of the filters, replaced my spark plugs, and gave me the estimated life of other things like breaks and tires. My car drives like it did at 40k miles and drinks less gas. What an honest group. I paid my bill and didn't lose my shirt in the process. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. They are fantastic! more

I recently spent a lot of money at this business, but I believe I got excellent service and was impressed with the owner's passion about his business and I believe they did a good job on the major repair to my transmission. He did a good job of explaining all options and also was forthcoming about recommendations that I believe were in my best interests, not his. Car is running great two months later. more

Hopefully none of you reading this will ever need transmission work on your car. But if that fateful day comes, remember what I’ve said and take your car to Goleta Transmission. They were extremely up front and honest with me about the work that needed to be done to my truck. I was upset, like anyone would be, that my car needed so much work done. However, they quoted me way under what I originally thought it was going to cost, and for that I am thankful. Work was completed on schedule. Remember: I hope you never have car trouble, but if you do, go to Goleta. more

They printed out a service bulletin they found and sent me to the dealer to take care of it. I wouldn't have known if they didn't tell me, they could have just done the work themselves and charged me for it. I really appreciate their integrity and kindness in the matter.
