I considered this company quite pricey, but very pleased with their service. Came very promptly and service person was very courteous and friendly and knew what had to be done. Probably could have got this job done for half the price from another company but it was an emergency, would recommend them more

Quality Company 12/10/2017

Company was punctual. They told me they could be at my house in 30 minutes, they were here in 20 and this was not an emergency. Their plumbers name was Derlin and he explained how he wanted to fix the issue, gave me an estimate, got my ok and then performed a quality repair. more

Review of removal of roots 11/15/2017

Your service man was excellent. He did the job very well. However, I now know your prices are out of line. I have had new problems and called other companies for estimates and all of them were $150.00 cheaper for the same work. more

Gold Star is a very dependable company. They have always responded quickly to my calls and needs. Their servicemen/plumbers are professional, reliable, do excellent work and, additionally, are personable. They explain the work needed and it’s cost in detail so that you understand what you need and what you are paying for. They answer all your questions and will even discuss things you might require moving forward and the reasons for it. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be. I would recommend Gold Star to anyone needing plumbing service. more

Excellent h 9/23/2017

Gay answered the phone and was just wonderful listened to my problem and understood I needed help in a hurry. Jose came and knew exactly where the leak was coming from. He was neat and explained what had happened and what he had to do. They had everything they needed to fix the leak and was done in an hour or so. I just want you to know I had another plumber come twice before to fix the leak, he obviously wasn,t a good plumber. Thank You Jose !!!! You are now the only one I will call and recommend!!! more
