Amazing customer service. Called beforehand to ask few questions. They were great. Then they told me if I'd like to set up a special appointment because I had a large amount of coins to sell. I came in the environment is nice and friendly. I sold them my fathers old coin collection. They even gave me few gifts for the kids. GREAT PLACE! RECOMMEND!!! more

I have shopped in a lot of fine jewelery stores in a lot of different states over the years and I have never had a better experience. From the moment I step foot in the front door I have always been treated as though I was the only customer there, regardless of how much I spend. I would put them among the best of the best anywhere. They are the most knowledgable and have a Superior product. I have never found them to be rude, distracted or overpriced. If you want the best and something to be truely proud of then buy it from them. more

i brought in alot of coins ive been collecting for the past 30 years. i needed to liquadate alot to finish my mortgage and since silver is at one of all time highs. they were very nice and i even learned a few things i didnt know about my coins. ened up selling and got paid extremely well. was very happy. thanks gold and jewelry more

Went in there to buy an engagment ring, I had no idea what I was really looking for, but Albert helped me out showed me lots of different rings, until i found the one i liked, He wasn't pushy, in fact he cut the price down to an unbeliveable deal. After the purchase i went to a few other jewelers to see what i would have paid else where, although i didnt tell them how much i paid for the ring, they all thought i paid double the price that i have brought it for; all said and done extremely happy, This will be the first place that ill buy my future wife more jewelry. more

I bought some earrings from there recently and I had a very good experience. The staff was friendly and the prices were very reasonable, unlike some other jewelers I've been to before. There were a few other pieces of jewelry that caught my eye so I'm sure I'll be going back for more! more

THEY HAD A LIMITED SUPPLY BUT WERE ABLE TO MAKE ME WHAT I WANTED AT THE PRICE I WAS LOOKING FOR. THE BUY BACK GAURANTEE MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE IF MY WIFE WAS UNHAPPY, BUT SHE WAS THRILLED. HAVE SINCE HAD IT LOOKED AT BY ANOTHER JEWELRY AND CONFIRMED I DID NOT OVERPAY. more

Satisfied with Local Business 11/25/2011

I had just visited this place the other day, and I would have to disagree with bmb1574. Every jeweler is going to try and up-sell you and keep you in their shop. That is the nature of business. Simple. If you had your own shop, I'm sure you would like customers to stick around as well. Anyways, my point is, that I went in there to check out a pre-engagement ring and after some negotiating I was able to walk out of there with a moderately priced ring. So for me I have no complaints. They were easy to talk to and get along with. 4/5*****! Thanks! more

I've looked at other reviews on yelp also, very suspicious 11/14/2011

I have to say the reviews i have read on this place both on this site and yelp are very suspicious....First of all they are all grouped within days of each other, 2nd they are all 5 out of 5 stars. Just seems wierd. So I do agree with the first review on citysearch, i personally believe these reviews are fake. However, I plan to stop in person to check it out in the near future and will share my experience. For now I'm skeptikal so will have to give it an ""eh"" from their online marketing standards but will definately change that should I find out otherwise. more
