Godfather Heating & Air Conditioning

From the very beginning, Godfather promised they would work with our warranty company and that we would not have to pay Godfather directly. The tech showed up at our house and performed a quick diagnostic. He found both AC units to be low on freon and suggested a leak test. He called the warranty company directly to discuss if he should proceed with a $250 leak test. The warranty company said to proceed. After finding both coils to be leaking, the warranty company decided they wanted a second opinion. The tech said fine but they will see the same results, just pay him the $500. Thats right, now the price just doubled. $250 each coil tested. The warranty company would not pay so we had to fork over $500. So much for the help. I don't know how 1 hour of work to test 2 coils with a digital sniffer justifies $500. Thats better than many lawyers! more

I honestly can say i experienced the best customer service by Cesar and his partner forgive me for forgetting his name I work overnight and lack sleep. Earlier in the day I contacted Cowboys A.C. and they charged me for a diagnostic telling me my unit was overcharged with a.c. and that it would cost almost $300 to fix. I was recommended to Cesar by my mother which had a great experience with customer service and honesty by Cesar. I contacted Cesar and explained my situation. We scheduled an appointment the same day, and within a hour of him arriving to my home he had already found the root of the problem and fixed it. He and his partner treated me with respect and were straight shooters about everything going on. I saved more than have of the cost from Cowyboys. And check this out the orginal diagnostic Cowboys gave me was not correct at all not even close. Im a disabled veteran. I live on a tight budget. So when my Air Conditioner went out last year. I went and ask my VFW Lodge Brothers (Veterans of Foreign Wars) who was dependable, reliable and priced right. They all insisted on God fathers Heating and Cooling. They explained to me that they gave special discounts to Veterans. So I gave them a call, they were on site within a couple of hours. I was a little concerned about them coming out and offering me this part and that B.S. That wasnt the case at all, they were straight shooters from the get go. Im a school teacher and by no means do I have or make a lot of money. So when my Air Conditioner went out last September, I had no other option but to tough it out for the next 2 months for cooler weather. Anyhow, I saved my Nichols and Dimes all winter long to replace the Air Conditioner. I called several companies and had them come out and give me an estimate to replacement my Air Conditioner. They must have thought this was my first rodeo and that I would not get a second or third opinion. Well let me tell you, Im glad I did! Not only did I save my time, I Saved my hard earned money. I literally saved between $2500- $4000 dollars by calling Godfathers Heating and Air condition. Thank You!! Godfathers you truly are the best!!!! more

Let me tell you. When my AC went out last week I was worried I was going to be paying an Arm and leg to get it going again. I gave these guys a call and they were on site within a few hours. I thought Godfather Heating and AC was great. I decided to use them after calling several other companies to check out prices. The other companies all seemed to have large overhead and their prices were outrageous and ridiculously high. Godfather Heating and AC came out to check out my AC unit, to get it ready for next summer. It hadn't been serviced in awhile, so it needed it. They checked out everything. They were very good and patient with me. They explained everything very thoroughly to me as they went. They offered very reasonable pricing. I appreciated that they went over what things would cost in the future, but they didn't try to push me into buying things I didn't need. They are honest people and I'm going to keep them around, I took a card. I even recommended them to my neighbor. more
