This company is not a good one to deal with. Firstly their staff can be very unprofessional to deal with and very short on the phone when you have questions or are trying to get information about the products they sell. We had ordered something and were charged twice for the 1 order. It had taken a long time to get through to them on the telephone and when we did we seemed to get rushed off of the phone and told someone would call us back. That never happened. My wife called again and this time was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. It had taken almost 3 months to get the refund back to our credit card company. We will never deal with these people again!!!! Be careful if you choose to - you probably will wind up being just as frustrated and disappointed as we were. more

Don't use this company! We ordered 1 Boienergiser and recieved them and were charged 5 months later. Yes, I said them! 2 boxes with two names and 2 different charges on our credit card(not for the same amount either). When we tried to return the one they told us they would have someone call back. I called 4 more times same thing. when I threatened to take legal action they had someone call me. I was told to take it to a UPS store with their tracking number and they would credit my account. That was over a month ago. All I have is Proof of delivery with a bill from UPS for $49 dollars to return the item. Still no credit and they still claim someone will call me back she just steps out of the office when I call. This has ruined our credit!
