My experience with Mauzy Heating and Air was phenomenal. Mauzy Heating and Air installed a heater and ac unit at my house. The estimator (Scott) was knowledgeable and friendly and explained all the options with my install. \r \r Mauzy's technicians arrived on time and they were professional and polite throughout the entire install. The technicians were quick and efficient and left my house in the exact condition it was before they arrived. The technicians took great care with my install. \r \r I was quoted a fair price for the work and the end product was top notch. I would use Mauzy again for sure. more

We are more than 100% satisfied and happy with our Mauzy air conditioning and heating installation! The walk through, planning visit with Matt was thoughtful, very informed, thorough, lots of options discussed, pros and cons of various systems. We were able to make our preferences known, especially in terms of a “quiet” system and location of condensers, vents. The systems installed for us were: central air/heat pump system for the main house and two mini split units for lesser used upstairs rooms. The estimate included electrical work, so no surprises. Mauzy offers a 10 year labor warranty which we chose to include (but no pressure on any options from Mauzy, just information). Our installers, Aaron, Brian and Don arrived on time each day, were cordial, friendly, great sense of humor, worked hard! The job was completed exactly as per work order, on time. Throughout the 3 days of installation, we were consulted on any questions that arose. The work was done in a clean, tidy manner without disturbing our home. Couldn’t ask for better or more! We have now been using the air conditioning/heat for 1 1/2 months and everything works great. Our home is so much more comfortable, no more sweating or freezing. Thank you Mauzy!
