Unethical, unprofessional, and still didn't fix the door 4/15/2011

This company is a scam. They are incapable of fixing my garage door despite paying several hundred dollars and being guaranteed it would work. They are unprofessional, late, and a true displeasure to work with. Our door still doesn't work and we will have to find another company. I don't know how they are in business and how anyone gave them a positive review. This is one the most negative ""house-call"" experience I have ever had. more

EXCELLENT SERVICE! EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP! 3/5/2011

Our old garage door opener system began malfunctioning whenever the whether got cold. One VERY cold morning a few months ago, it finally just stopped working entirely.\r \r We called Girard's and a technician was on-site within the hour.\r \r We now have an amazing new state-of-the-art opener system and could not be happier! We would recommend Girard's to ANYONE and EVERYONE! more
