I had a dangerous situation due to a car crashing into my garage door and door frame. The door itself hung precariously with loaded springs above my car. James handled the situation beautifully, without any damage to the walls or my car. I look forward to the installation of my new door with GDS. more

Exemplary! 8/13/2011

Called Christina at 8am. She was responsive and had Blair call me by 8:45am. By 9:15am Blair and Mike arrived. They opened the double door and had me take out the cars from the garage. By 10am the springs, cables and rollers were replaced. The price was fair and Blair and Mike were neat, professional and polite. more

recent visit to repair problems with the garage door openers' 8/8/2011

Blair and Mike were very professional during the time they worked on the garage doors. They appeared to be well trained and repaired the door openers with little difficulty. We were impressed with their ability to relate to others and to make other people feel comfortable. We enjoyed our meeting with them. more

Expert Service at a price 8/7/2011

James was very professional and quite a good sales person. Very personable and knowledgeable. All the work was done efficiently and professionally. My only concern is that company charges a significant amount for their service. $450 for springs, rollers and bearings is about 300 over the list cost of those same items. The service is certainly worth some of this but if we were not in a hurry, we would have shopped around. more

Our garage door was stuck in the open position. I called at 6A, left a message, and got a call back by about 8A. They arrived by about 10A and did a great job. They were very polite. I would definitely call them again. more

Garage Door 8/3/2011

My garage door would not shut all the way down and I called Girard's Garage Door Services (I bought my new garage door opener from them about a year ago). They had a serice technician out in less than 10 minutes who immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it within minutes. I would highly recommend this company. more
