Shem was our technician and couldn't have been any nicer! He fixed the problem we called about and then suggested a maintenance package. I was hesitant at first, but he worked a long time and made our VERY old doors run like new again. Thanks for a job well done! more

Fast, friendly local service 9/17/2012

Of course, the time for the garage door torsion spring to break is when I'm out of town! Well, the wife got a free day off from work since her car was trapped in the garage. When I got home, I managed to free both cars and started the process of looking for someone local and reliable to fix the door spring. By looking through the yellow pages,I found Girard's 4 page ad that you couldn't miss. One phone call and I was set for the next day when I was off anyway. Shem arrived and completely overhauled my overhead double wide door in one hour. He was quick, efficient,and explained his steps while I watched in amazement! I chose the overhaul package due to the age of the door itself. I have no doubt it will be trouble free, and if by chance another call is needed, I know, as they say, they will be here in hours....not days. Thanks Shem. more

Great Same Service 9/17/2012

I needed a battery replaced on my garage door opener and left a message on Sunday, never expecting a call back early Monday morning and then an appointment to fix it that same afternoon. Excellent Customer Service and James, the technician, was on time, friendly and had the job done in minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend Girard's to any of my friends or family. more
