Best

Traveling throughout the USA, eating at any kind of “all-you-can-eat” restaurant is spotty at best....

The selection was excellent. There is plenty of Sashimi if you are not a Rice lover, however, the Rice was properly prepared and complemented the meal. Clean restaurant with huge selection including Great Crablegs plus dessert. more

I have gone to this restuarant many times with many different friends. We have all found the food excellent and plentiful. No one has ever had a bad comment. The sushi and sashimi are always fresh. The crab legs are a favorite also. more

On Tuesday (February 15th, 2010), I went to Ginza with 5 (Five) people for lunch. The Sushi was average and the two teenagers liked the Chinese style food. After awhile, we saw the manager staring at us. We did not think anything of it. Five minutes later, the waitress informed us that we had to eat more of the rice with the sushi. If we did not, we would be charged 25 cents for each group piece of rice not eaten with the sushi. We were shocked. WE HAVE NEVER HEARD OF ANYTHING LIKE THIS. We asked if there was a sign or menu stating this policy. We were not provided with anything. Many times, we have been to the other Japanese buffets including the three Kyogin buffets (Boca and Ft. Lauderdale areas) and the Crazy Buffet (West Palm Beach). THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED AT THE OTHER RESTAURANTS. Additionally, one of the people in our group was 11 years old and didn't eat much but GINZA ownership did not complain that he did not eat enough. We told the management that we cannot come back. He said that he didn't care that it was our decision. As a new restaurant in the area, they have a lot to learn. They need to state their policy for all to see as you enter the restaurant AND provide a menu that states clearly their "MUST EAT THE RICE WITH THE SUSHI" POLICY.\r \r Bob Curry (spokesman for the group of 5) more

I could not beleive how fresh the sushi was. They also have a great deal of sushimi. It was as fresh as I have ever seen. Great value for the money. I also could not beleive it when i read the negative comment by Katinna. How can anyone compare the sushi at Publix to this? Oh well that's one less whiney New Yorker that I have to share a restaurant with. more

If you go to Ginza for sushi, stop at the Publix on Congress Ave before hand because the selection and quality is much better. The wait was insane ... yet there were several tables empty. That was just the beginning. \r \r Some selections they offer: Bagel Sushi Tempura, Frozen Chopped Spinach Sushi, Cups of Fish Roe and the stringiest sliced tuna ... in fact, it serves as both a protein for dinner and a dental floss afterwards. We actually took some home to re-string our tennis racquets. \r \r If you want serious Sushi Buffet, go to Kyoto, drive South to Boca, Powerline between Palmetto and Glades. more

Ginza has great selection of Japanese and Chinese. I went there for lunch and couldn't believe the choices they had. Fresh and many options for sushi, good amouht of Chinese dish as well as Mongolian BBQ. more

It's new, it's clean and it's GOOD! Nothing to say about the food and service except, it's top notch. Tables are cleaned, FREQUENTLY, food is fresh, and abundant, and constantly being refilled. I'm not a sushi eater, but friends tell me it is excellent. My glass was never empty. If I had to find one thing to question, it is the use of flimsy paper napkins. They fall apart quickly. SENIORS, make sure you ASK for the senior discount. She gladly gave me the discount, winking and telling me that I didn't look like a senior!!!! I love that waitress!!! more
