First Haircut with Lindsey 1/7/2012

I made an appointment for my 13 year old daughter last minute at the new Town & Country salon because it is close to her school (Westminster). The person making the appointment was so friendly and accommodating (on our last minute request). When we arrived 15 minutes later, we had several of the employees welcome us, offer us iced tea and show us several of the Aveda products while we were waiting. I was so impressed with the modern atmosphere although it was NOT stuffy like some of ther other high profile salons in the area that we have gone to (F&B, Malia, D.M.) Hannah was given the royal treatment and we loved the hanging hairdryers! I was offered help with the makeup while we waited and we were able to sample try most every product there. I have been going to Ginger Bay and Jessi for many years. The new salon is beautiful and eyecatching - very space age, yet comfortable! Great new place with the same great results - hair color and cut - perfect for me! more

Good service but don't like the setting 12/30/2011

I am totally satisfied with Abbey's service. I didn't like the setting at Town and Country location. If it has the same setting as Kirkwood location does, it would be perfect. It's closer from home and from work. more

Christina did a great job! She listened to everything I said an all of my concerns. She cut it very well and gave me a wonderful treatment!! The new salon is awesome and the decor is very modern and fun. It's very much like Ginger Bay in Kirkwood . . . . but with a new flair. Once again - awesome!!! more

I have been getting my hair cut by Jellica for over a year. She really listens to what I want and makes suggestions that are right for my hair type and my lifestyle. Everyone at Ginger Bay has been friendly and the new location is just as welcoming as the original. more

Even though the salon has only been open a week, I was excited to see all of my favorite Aveda products and to receive very personal attention when I came in to purchase a gift for a friend. The environment is bright and warm. I am sure that I will be back! more

The new salon was beautiful, staff were helpful and friendly! There was a problem with the comPuter system and my giftcard, but the staff handled it well, and I was never made to be concerned! Overall experience was awesome! more

The staff makes you feel welcome and my stylist took the time to get to know what I wanted/needed. She didn't try to upsell me at all on products or services that I didn't need. Will definitely be going back. more

My regular stylist is out so I was scheduled at Town & Country with Cory. She did an excellent job and I love the cut and color. I would certainly go back to her in the absence of my regular stylist. more

Amazing space, and wonderful cut, as usual! 12/14/2011

I was Michele's last appointment on your Grand Opening day. You new space is smaller than Kirkwood, but every inch filled with something cool to look at, and it's very modern! Loved it. As usual, I left feeling amazing about my cut, and think Michele is wonderful - I'd recommend her to anyone (and I do!) more
