This year out Thanksgiving Dinner came from Giant! Well, it probably does every year since it's the grocery store my mom shops at but this year, it came PRE-MADE from Giant.
WE got a Turkey Dinner in a Box deal from Giant since my mom had surgery only a few weeks ago and couldnt' stand in the kitchen to cook.
I have to say that it was very good! The deal was advertised for $69.99 but when we got to the register, it came up $59.99! Can't beat that. It claimed to feed 8-10 people and I beleive that since we had 6 people at our Thanksgiving table and then 4 of us ate leftovers and there was still more food left after that.
The deal came with a pre-cooked turkey and some sides. We had mashed potatoes, stufffing, butternut squash, broccoli au gratin, gravy, and cranberry relish. Everything was plentiful and delicious. Giant had everything packed in a box when we got there so it was ready to pick up and take home. Everything had great instructions for reheating and it turned out beautifully!
