Worst

First service person put a new part on furnace and then changed thermostat. He was here for 4 hours and then said he would bring somebody else back with him the following morning...

In December we discovered our heat pump needed to be replaced. The new heat pump was installed quickly and efficiently during a very cold period. more

BEST SERVICE EVER 1/8/2017

Courteous, and put my furnace on emergency run, on one off the coldest days of the year. Came back later to fix problem with heat pump wiring when weather warmed up. Will ALWAYS use them. more

we had our ductwork cleaned. we didn't realize what a time-consuming job it was to do a thorough cleaning of all our ductwork. the servicemen were professional and answered all our questions about the work. more

Upon the recommendation of our daughter - who has used Getzschman for new furnace/air conditioners in two separate houses - we included them in our bidding process for a new furnace/air conditioner a few years ago. They offered a fair price, and a good service contract. We haven't regretted using this company and have continued paying for the yearly service contract. They contact us every spring and fall to come for our maintenance checks, which is nice as I tend to forget those things. Their technicians are always clean, polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. I have recommended this company to everyone for replacement and service. more
