Good: Fast service at a great price. Bad: was not free. Improvements: none. Other: I could not believe the shop dog was a big white Poodle . Very clean shop..

Worst

I was quoted 650 dollars for a bunch of repairs at one place and this place wanted to charge $1800! Repairpal estimates a valve cover gasjet at 250 they quoted 600 and they wanted...

Great Service 5/22/2010

I was skeptical in going anywhere other than the dealership to get my Jetta turbo engine serviced. However, after doing lots and lots of research I went with my gut and gave German Car Depot a try. I couldn't be happier with my decision. Spoke directly with the owner, Alan who was very personable and honest. He was very thorough with my cars diagnostic. I left his shop feeling ecstatic of my smart decision to have made this knowledgeable switch. I went home driving my car with a smile as my car has not performed this way in such a long time. Great people, Peace of mind, and Fair Prices 4/21/2010

I've taken my VW Beetle to them for years....and always had my mind at ease, knowing that they would always do the best for me. I didn't have to question...I just trusted, and that is very unheard of in this day and age. I swear, I really thought about how I would not be able to take a MINI COOPER into them when I bought my MINI. And it really bothered me because I know taking my car anywhere else would not be the same. So although I absolutely love my MINI COOPER, I really do miss German Car Depot! Cons: I very much wish they could service my MINI COOPER :( more

Great service, great atmosphere.... 3/18/2010

I took my Audi A4 to the Audi Pembroke Pines dealer to get the brakes done, I was quoted $1500, German Car Depot wanted 1/3 of that. Needless to say G.C.D was who I took my car to. Thanks so much! Pros: friendly people, good prices.... Cons: Doesn't work on BMW more

They only work on VW and Audi?s I wish they would work on my BMW. Fair prices and a very clean nice friendly atmosphere. The shop really knows everything about the cars they work on . The technician showed me the problem and walked me back to the waiting room . The repairs were fixed fairly fast and the whole experience was pleasant. PS: they have a little golden retriever that just loves to be petted. A+A+ A few days later i got a call from Alan the owner and asked if i was a happy custmer i said yes Pros: The shop really knows everything about the cars they work on Cons: they only work on VW & AUDI i have a BMW also more
