My husband and I went to Gentle Dental for roughly 1 year. While most of the work done was alright, Dr. Webb's "bedside manor" was just odd--we felt pressured to purchase her services on her terms. The cleaning by the hygienest wasn't up to par, was rushed and didn't remove a simple stain that has always been removed at other offices. The kicker was when they were too busy to take me during an emergency. As soon as I called back to say that a different office could see me, they suddenly had a vacancy. I guess they were more afraid of losing my business than treating me for an emergency. Needless to say, we've switched to a more professional dentist office.
