I have been a customer at Genins for a long time and I have never been treated unfair. Their warranty is one of the best around. I recommend them highly. more

Super Inflated Prices 12/17/2007

My mother took her car in with a dead fuel pump. They quoted her $400 for the part and $500 labor. I found the part at Weaver for $167 and had a different shop put it in for $200. Beware of the "Shop Supplies" charge that is tacked onto the end of your bill. They tried to charge me $18 to cover paper towels and other disposable items they may or may not use. They were nice and never lied, but they tripled the necessary time and cost and then threw on the hidden "supplies" fee. more

Genin's Mobil Hilldale 11/27/2005

The Genin's Mobil Station near Hilldale offers full service, for an extra charge. I appreciate this service, because I don't like to check my oil myself. I prefer to have the job done by a professional. The last time I visited this station, it was a weekday, around noon. I pulled up to the pump, and I heard the bell ring. No one came out to pump my gas, so I went inside to inquire. I was informed that the service was not always available. I was disappointed, because no indication was given that the service was not available. more
