Josh is the best. He is always pleasant, competent, and tries to save me money whenever he can. All the people at General Plumbing are true professionals.

Great Service 3/1/2022

Have used General Plumbing several times. Colin has been here twice and is a nice young man who explains what he's doing and how it works. Does a great job cleaning up as well. First class work. more

Great Service! 12/30/2021

I had a burst pipe in the wall and Colin came out quickly and fixed the problem immediately and waited to make sure that when the water was turned back on, everything worked flawlessly. He explained all the work he needed to do simply and was fast and clean while working. Amazing and fast service! more

Excellent Service 11/3/2021

This company is wonderful! We have a contract with them. They take care of our ac unit. The service is ALWAYS professional and fast. Josh came to our house to fix our toilet. He arrived on time and he was very friendly. The secretary called me to let me know he was on his way. This company is awesome. Thank you Josh for helping us. more

Same Day 7/7/2021

Called at 9am and he was here by 10. Gave estimate in 10 minutes and we said go. Next door townhouse had a outside hose and valve problem - he also tackled it. He got the parts needed and finished all by 3PM. We were VERY HAPPY. more

Great service and capable personnel 3/6/2021

Response time was great and clog in the sink was repaired quickly. Kenyell was friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. Great job all around.. hopefully I will not have this issue again but will definitely use this business again if I do! more

Nice and polite 1/28/2021

Kenyell was very professional. He explained the issue and how it needed to be fixed prior to starting the project. We went over the costs before as well. He checked and double checked that the problem was fixed properly. He spent the time to make sure it was not leaking and although it took a while, I would rather it be done right. more

Excellent Service 11/5/2020

Kenyell came to our house to fix what looked like it was going to be a small problem and he discovered some real big issues with our plumbing. He fixed it all and the water is going where it is supposed to go. Kenyell was polite, clean, respectful and just an excellent plumber. He is a credit to General Plumbing and Air, We would definitely call him again. more

Andrew came to my home to help with a broken pipe issue. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He understood and was respectful and open to previous information I had received. He offered his opinion based on his experience and ultimately helped me to reach a resolution I was very comfortable with.
