We've had the General come by recently and clean our duct system- I must say that their tech Ron was professional, polite, and personable, doing an excellent job. He was alos very enlightening, answering all my questions... Because of the expertise and professionalism, we decided to enter into a yearly maintenance contract. My wife and I can breathe easier now knowing that the General is on the job! more

I have used General Heating & Air for over 30 years and they have always provided excellent service. Ron CeFarelli serviced my units yesterday and he was prompt, professional, courteous, and very thorough. more

East Pickens Baptist Church would like to thank you for an outstanding job on taking care of all our heating and air conditioning needs for the past several years. We had a continuing problem with our units (that were less than five years old) and even though you didn't originally install them, you were there to help find and correct the problem. I commend you for having such a knowledgeable and friendly staff that are always ready to solve any heating and AC problems that occur. We would highly recommend your company to anyone. I want to commend your Company for your prompt and efficient\r service to rectify an insulation problem that was done in April or May of '06.\r \r Your serviceman Will, on my biannual service inspection, noted that my ductwork insulation was coming loose in several locations. You promptly set up a service call and today your service team of Chris and Ken did a great job in replacing and/or retaping my crawl space ductwork. They are to be commended for their concern and skill.\r \r I would highly recommend THE GENERAL for any HVAC work! more
