Finally got my wood door 6/28/2013

We are 100% happy. We have been using this company for quiet some time, and just recently we designed a very beautiful garage door. Our house looks stunning with the new garage door. Were really happy with the outcome of the beautiful project! And oh, the customer service and the technician were excellent, very friendly and shows professionalism on their work. Thanks! more

brillient guys. Beautiful work 6/7/2013

My mothers door was starting to come off the track. She's had the door for years, and I am so surprised that It lasted this long. So I did her a favor, and just had the door replaced. She is elderly, and I try to make her life easy on her, so she won't have much to stress her out. I just wanted to stop by and say what a great company you guys are. The technician was very nice, and polite. He did his work, and didn't bother us at all. I really appreciate the trust worthy business. more

Very professional.Friendly.Tech was very clear when it came to price & job details. His quoted price was not one of the cheaper quotes I received, but was well worth it. No hidden fees. Tax included. They replaced our old door, hauled it away, put a new door up with our original garage door opener. The work was done BEFORE the scheduled time and finished promptly 2 hours later. more

never had a company take so much pride in their work 5/28/2013

Really happy about the new springs on my door. Yesterday, as I was trying to head out for work, The door was opening, then it just fell really hard. Scared the crap out of me. But got you guys out that same afternoon to repair it. I had to take off a day of work, But it was worth it. You guys came and got the job done fairly quickly, and I really appreciate it. more

Great work. The guys worked very hard and didn't stop at all to install my new set of springs. They gave me the estimate over the phone, and I was able to get the to come out within the same day to repair those springs for me. I love the prices, and they did a very good job. more

called them up one morning last week, and they showed up to my doorstep a couple of hours later to fix the problem with my garage door. They work at an excellent pace and they were fairly inexpensive. I just wanted to write this review to show my appreciation to the best garage door company in town. more

I couldn’t afford most companies because of the economy so when I found this company I was so glad they had great prices. A crashed into my garage a few months ago and I was panicky thinking it would cost a fortune but it didn’t and I got such great service in return. more

What need I say that hasn't already been said? These guys are TRULY awesome. It was as easy as 1-2-3. Called them up, was here in 1 hour, and garage was fixed in 30 minutes. Fair price with 1 year warranty. Just amazing! Special thanks to Tech..I will definitely recommend you guys! more

Garage Door Repair Service + New Garage Doors were very nice and sweet when they came out to fix my garage door. They were able to determine the problem they needed to repair by just looking at the garage door. They came with all the tools and equipment necessary to fix the garage door, and they fixed in quite fast. They provided above average service, and I highly recommend them! more

same day service 9/11/2012

My garage door cable was broken hindering it from closing on the day of our huge party. and all of this on Saturday afternoon at 5:00. I was frantic trying to locate someone to come out at the last minute. I was told I would be charged an arm and a leg to simply come out plus labor or that I couldn't receive any help until Monday. I called this company and they sent someone within 1 hour. more

The company tech who serviced my garage door opener was very knowledgeable. I thought I was going to have to replace my motor when the door would not close. The tech came and made some adjustments to my cameras and everything was working good as new again. It was all taken care of for the cost and service call. I was so pleased with the work and honesty of the company. more

When I called Garage Door Raleigh Nc, they were not able to come right away, which was fine with me. I didn't need my car immediately, so we worked out a time for them to come by. They called to let me know that they were delayed, which I appreciated. I later called to have them do another short project for me, something minor, just a bulb replacement outside. They were very courteous. I hope I will not have to have them again, though I would certainly call them if I needed something for my garage door. They left me a card, so I have their number when I need them. more

I would defiantly do business with them again. They have been great by giving me a great price for my new garage door with insulation. I know most companies would charge a lot more and I felt this company was very honest with me. I’m glad I went with my feelings about this one. more
