Galpin Ford

Today I returned my Ford Flex (lease return) loved my car. Went in not knowing what we were going to buy or if we would buy out my Flex. Michael Moses and Steve in leasing explained our options. Michael had us in a new Flex and with everything we wanted. I will miss my old flex, but I'm very happy with the service from start to finish. Pain free and great customer service. I'm sure the new Flex will grow on me and will be my new favorite car. Thank you Michael look forward to buying my next car from you also. (Did I till you this is number 7 from Galpin). more

I had an amzing experience at Galpin Ford. At first I was nervous as my sales representative had moved on to a training position. \r \r However he came out to talk to me and he picked just the right salesman to assist me with leasing my new Ford Flex. He introduced me to Gary Tonoyan. Gary is such a patient person. I am a hard sale, I came back several times asking questing, test driving the vehicle and trying to get the best deal possible. \r \r Gary did a lot of work to get the color and type of flex that I wanted and made me feel at ease while I made my choices. He is very trust worthy and kind. I felt very well taken care of by him and the staff at Galpin Ford. The owners even came by to greet me while I signed my lesse agreement. I was trilled that they took the time to chat with me.
