I was assisted by Mike K. During the first moments I could tell that he was genuinely interested in my concerns and questions. He displayed a level of professionalism and concern that is very rare nowadays. I told him I've been eyeing the new Mustang for a while now and I also informed him I was not ready to buy at the onset. This did not deter him one bit! He stayed with me, showed me the car, answered all my questions and made me feel as comfortable as possible. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and you would be hard-pressed finding a better salesperson to help you with your car buying experience. Michael Moses -- our salesman -- was very patient and professional throughout our experience. After my wife and I test drove four different models in one day he let us leave the lot with a promise to make a follow-up appointment in the next few weeks. We felt no pressure to buy that same day and, to his great credit, he took us at our word when we promised we'd make a specific appointment with him and not another salesman. No phone calls, no aggressive, high-pressure follow-ups... he trusted us and we trusted him. Two weeks later, my wife and I had made our decision and we called Michael. He was able to meet us that day, and was happy to walk the lot with me for about forty-five minutes until we found the exact truck my wife and I wanted. more

So, I bought a Mustang from Galpin a couple of days ago. I went specifically to Galpin because they happen to be the largest Ford dealership in the country and that being said, I wanted to see a large collection. I was amazed at how many Ford’s I saw over there. Probably have over a hundred of just Mustangs. There’s tons more. I was extremely content with my experience and the level of customer service I received. Especially by Micahel Knerr, one of the guys working showfloor. He was absolutely amazing in every way and the kind of salesman I’d try to mimic if I ever wanted to be in the car selling business. This guy was straightforward, he was honest and not pushy at all. (which is definitely a plus). I never felt like he had other things on his mind. It was all about me; He was very focused on helping me. This is how I met Michael. I’m 18, and have been saving up for a car for a long time. I’ve always loved mustangs. My Dad is in the car business and used to sell Mercedez, and now just any kind of car. My dad wasn’t gonna pay for any part of my first car, and neither was my mom, so I decided, even when I got my license at 16, I was not going to buy a cheap first car. Some of you might say that’s foolish, but I wanted a nice car for myself to drive. I saved and saved and worked my but off, both from allowance savings and working as soon as I could get a work permit. When I got to Galpin I just walked around looking at cars. Most of the people there thought I was visiting with a parent and just happened to be browsing while that parent bought a car. Because of that, they paid me no attention. But, Michael. That guy noticed me looking at the mustangs and came over. We started talking cars, laughing. He was great. He enjoys cars, and knows a lot about them. He took me seriously as a customer despite my young appearance, which made me feel great! We looked at a couple of different models of mustang, different years, etc… and then I found the perfect one. I was sold on that Mustang right then and there, and of course, it was in my price range. So, then Mike went to work getting me the best deal he could. Man, can that guy work magic in his fingers and voice to make miracles happen. ?Guy got the paperwork done quickly and efficiently. Now I got myself I nice ford mustang to show off with. ?If you're seriously considering getting a car, call Galpin and ask for Michael Knerr. If you live a ways from Galpin ford, still go. It’s an amazing experience if you do it right. So call Mike. Let him know you’re schedule so you can figure out when you’d like to come in and what you're looking for, that way when you arrive he'll have had some time to check. He’ll look at what’s in their current inventory, what the available options are, and the incentives you can get, etc, all based on what you’re looking for, or he’ll look if you have no idea. This will save you some time.? So, in conclusion,?I had a great experience there. Michael was amazing and I would definitely go back to see him if I ever need another car. more

I had an excellent experience at Galpin. The salesperson that helped me out was Michael Knerr. He was very patient and knowledgeable. I wasn’t sure what exactly I wanted so he took the time to show me many different models and options. In the end, I told him that I would have to think about it and he was very respectful and did not try to push me to make a decision. I went to Galpin Ford looking to trade in my 2009 Acura TSX for a more outdoorsy type of compact crossover. I was interested in the Escape and I met Mike K. who helped me through the process. He was a very friendly and personable guy who really went out of his way to make sure that I got everything I needed. We test drove and scoped out a bunch of trim levels, but when I decided to do a comparison to the VW Tiguan, I immediately knew I wanted that car. Even though it was a different make, Mike went to bat for me at the VW dealership and in conjunction with Mike Gould the sales manager at VW, he was able to get me a fantastic deal on my brand spanking new car. The two Mike's even got me an outstanding value for my trade in. Overall I gotta say that these guys made all the difference in the world. I had a terrible experience at Santa Monica Acura, which is supposedly a luxury dealer, and these guys really improved my second car buying experience. I will NEVER go back to Santa Monica Acura but I will always recommend Galpin and the Two Mike's to my friends and Family. more

I purchased a 2014 Mazda CX 5 Touring from John Martinez at Galpin Mazda in August 2013. This was my first new car purchase and it could not have gone better. John was very welcoming- starting with calling to confirm our appointment and meeting me immediately once I arrived. John was very patience answering all my questions and never made me feel stupid or pressured. I was able to test drive the cars I was intersted in on the streets and on the highway. He answered all my questions during the test drive and showed me all the cool features. I didn't feel rushed during the test drive and when discussing prices, he was very up front and honest. He walked me through the different price points and showed me the Edmunds site on his computer so I could see for myself where his prices were coming from. John spent over 3 hours with me on my first visit and followed up the next couple days to be sure I didn't have any other questions. Once I decided to buy, I was able to negotiate based on quotes I received from other Mazda dealerships and John was able to beat their best price. The financing and paperwork that comes with buying a car took quite a while but I was very comfortable the entire time. Since purchasing the car, John has followed up to make sure I'm happy with my purchase and don't have any additional questions. The service writers and mechanics do an excellent job of maintaining and repairing my vehicle. When I drive it I have the utmost confidence in my vehicle. I first walked into Galpin Motors of the San Fernando Valley on Roscoe Blvd feeling very defeated because of being turned down by every other dealer due to my not so great credit, prior debt and a foreclosure and also having a trade-in that I owed way more on than was worth and not in the greatest condition. I had made an appointment with Chris Page over the phone. He advised me I would be working with Henricks Martirosyan in sales and leasing, new and used. I get there expecting to be shot down yet again. Little did I know I would be leaving that day in a brand new 2013 VW Jetta. Henrick and the finance manager Vicky Moreno worked their magic. Process was easy and delightful. I would recommend Galpin Motors to anyone. I was in desperate need of a veh in good working condition as I rely on my vehicle for my work as I am a full time mobile massage therapist. I am now a loyal customer of Galpin Motors and I wouldn't evern think of using any other dealer.
