good place 10/8/2013

Good location plus rents are low. brand new buildings are clean not old like the last place i lived. i have been living here for five months and really enjoy it now that there is a new manager hes really helpful. niehgbors are fun and lots of communtiy activities together. more

if i can rate this a zero i would 4/23/2013

I had a review on here, I guess the company didn't like what was posted, but I have every right to speak my mind, and possibly help the next person not to make the same mistake I did. The apartments are nice on the inside, but the people and the thin floor and walls make it a nightmare from Hell. Over the course of not even a year yet the police has arrested one person, and been out to solve other complaints aproximately 10 times, if not more. Noise is the most common complaint. No one respects their neighbor, so things get out of hand. I stayed in one building, and witnessed a fight in the next over loud music. The management is not very helpful. There's only one person in office (besides maintenance), is the manager, and now they have part time hours. With this complex someone should be here everyday. I don't think many people would be renewing their lease. I know I am definitely one of them. more
