Very professional - very reasonable. They came out because another HVAC company could not seem to fix a problem at our business. They had been trying to fix it for close to 2 years. Gagles came out, diagnosed the problem in less than an hour and had it fixed in a total of 3 hours. We had spent close to $1000.00 in the course of a year and a half with the other company (not including the increase in our heating and cooling bill because they couldn't fix the problem), our bill with Gagles was $225.00, which included the service call and diagnostics. Money well spent!!Would refer them to everyone. more

I've had negative experiences in my interactions with Gagle's, as did my close friend when he worked for them. Their reputation for being over-priced is well deserved, and you certainly would not want to subject yourself to the rude and unprofessional individuals there. I would not recommend them to anyone, for any reason. Consider one of the many reputable companies in the area and steer very clear of this company. more

We hired this company to clean our ducts and furnace thinking they were about middle of the road price. Unfortunately (because we were in a hurry to have it done) we didn't shop around. After we payed them $348 to clean our 7 vents, I called around to see if that was average - It's about $200 more than other places that have just the same service!! I used Gagle's to install A/C, furnace and air filter in my home and was pleased. I then used their plumbing services to unplug a toilet. The toilet had to be removed and then re-seated after a seal was replaced. Plumber did not replace seal when he 'missed' on the first 'set', causing a leak which wasn't discovered until several months later. By then, I had to replace drywall, etc.. (leaked downstairs) and when I called and told them, they would do nothing for me ( to rectify the error ) In fact, they sent someone out at my request without telling me they had changed their billing policies and now charged 'by the job' instead of 'by the hour'. When they informed me of the change (upon arrival at my home, I declined their service.) The supervisor said I would be charged for the 'service call' regardless. I dared them to bill me.. and they didn't. (The one good decision they made that day.) more
