We called Gabe's on recommendation from Samsung when our less-than-one-month-out-of-warranty LED TV popped off. We were graciously granted a courtesy repair from Samsung. Gabe's ordered the necessary parts and had the repair completed within two days! Thanks Jimmy for great advice and Cameron for getting the ball rolling. Their technician, Sam C., was timely, knowledgeable, and efficient--he even took a few minutes to pet and play with our nosey little Schnauzer. We highly recommend Gabe's; their service is outstanding! more

Excellent service by Sam C. with Gabe's electronics. Samsung recall issues as many of those below, I had 2 tv's that had to have the parts replaced. Sam was quick and efficient and enjoyable to talk to. Thanks Gabe's and Sam for great service! more

Sam is the man! Sam came by to fix my samsung 43"" plasma, not only did he repair the tv in a quick and efficient manner, but he took the time to ensure that explained every detail he was doing to ensure that I understood the total repair and explained how to upload the firmware and to check over time. Also my kids loved him too.. more

Sam called about 30 minutes advising that he was on the way this AM. He arrived in about 30 minutes and started changing out the power capacitors. He quickly finished. The TV immediately turned on and he put everything back together and put my TV in the cabinet. He did a great job. more

Exlent Service 3/7/2012

My Samsung TV that I purchased several years ago began getting slower and slower to come on. When it did it had red and white dots all over the screen. After turning it off for a few seconds and back on it would work OK. It got worse and worse as time went on. I finally gave up on it and set it aside debating what to do . Fix it or recycle it. A few days ago I got an email from Samsung saying that there was a recall and that they would fix it. I called the number they provided and they set me up with Gabes Electronics to fix it. Adam came yesterday and did a great job of fixing it. It now works like new again. I will call Gabes again anytime I need TV service. more

Thanks for the great service 1/21/2012

I had a samsung tv and it would not turn on. A friend told me that they had the same experience and that Samsung sent out Gabes to fix it. I called Samsung and they gave us a code. My husband called and scheduled witht them for me to take it in to their shop. I took it in and had my son and his friend with us. They told us to make our self comfortable. They even turn the tv to cartoons for the boys. It was completly fixed with in 20 nminutes. GREAT SERVICE, SUPER NICE and FAST... I would take anything there for service. They made the experience Wonderful!! more

Great service 11/2/2011

We had our bonus room TV 'die' on us. It is a Mitsubishi 73"" DLP. We called several places for repairs. Gabe's was the cheapest and easiest to deal with. They had the same problem with other Mitsubishi's, the control board. Gage's (without making a home visit) said let me order the part and if it is not the part, you will not be charged. They ordered the part. The part was back ordered from Mitsubishi and there was a delay from the manufactory. (About 3 weeks.) However, when Gabe's received the part, they called that day and came the next morning. more

Service Service and Beyond 8/18/2011

I had a Samsung TV that was not powering on... Called a few companies... ""Bring in it, it could be any board, "" at the tune of $85 and an estimate. Talked to Best Bye and they said they didn't have anyone inhouse but they could ship it to Samsung and let us know (yet for a fee). BB said if I didn't want to do that to call Gabes in Hermitage. They told me on the phone what they thought was wrong and that Samsung has been having this problem and they may be able to get it fixed under warranty. They could be back to us in a 4fds daysl The very next day I got a phone call telling me that Samsung covered it under warranty, we wouldn't owe Fabes a job and it was fixed and ready for pick at no charge.. WOW You just don't find companies like this anymore! How refreshing! more

Great Fast Service 8/17/2011

My Samsung 46"" LCD broke down one month after warranty was up I contacted Samsung and they wouldn't help since it was out of warranty. I brought it to Gabes and they replaced a part in the power supply. One year later the same problem occured I brought it into Gabes and two hours later they called and said it was all set to go. They contacted Samsung and handled everything and Samsung agreed for them fixing the problem with some new parts and it didn't cost me anything. Great very fast service more

Great Service - Highly Reccomended 7/11/2011

Was referred by Samsung for warranty work on my plasma. They were on time, professional and efficient. The problem was obscure, but they quickly tracked it down - great diagnostics skills. These guys are several notches above the typical electronic repair shops. more

TV Repair 6/6/2011

My wifte and I had purchased to flat screen tv's in September of 2008 when we moved into our new house. One was a 50 inch Samsung plasma and the other a 42 inch LCD. The LCD went in March of this year, the tv was only 2.5 years old. I went to Samsung's website to look for a repair shop. Gabe's Electronics was one of the repair shops listed in Hermitage Tn. They explained that is a $50 charge to look at the tv and if we decided to repair it that $50 would go toward the repair. more

Samsung LCD 5/17/2011

Brought my Samsung to Gabe's for post-warranty work today, and they had it ready to go in under 30 minutes! Working like new again, great work guys. I'm glad we have you in town! I also noticed a full showroom of TV's at great prices; definitely keep them in mind when the time comes for my next one. more
