I had a Samsung TV that was not powering on... Called a few companies... ""Bring in it, it could be any board, "" at the tune of $85 and an estimate. Talked to Best Bye and they said they didn't have anyone inhouse but they could ship it to Samsung and let us know (yet for a fee). BB said if I didn't want to do that to call Gabes in Hermitage. They told me on the phone what they thought was wrong and that Samsung has been having this problem and they may be able to get it fixed under warranty. They could be back to us in a 4fds daysl The very next day I got a phone call telling me that Samsung covered it under warranty, we wouldn't owe Fabes a job and it was fixed and ready for pick at no charge.. WOW You just don't find companies like this anymore! How refreshing!
