My sister & I both live out of state & wanted to get our mom a gift certificate for her birthday (she loves their store). She works near there, so they offered to walk the gift certificate over to her on her birthday instead of mailing. On the day, our mom thanked us & said the flowers also looked great. Turns out, the ladies at the store thought that the certificate looked a little plain on its own, so had gotten a bouquet of flowers to go with the certificate when they delivered it! We offered to pay for it, but they said it was their pleasure. How unexpectedly nice & thoughtful is that? I know others have mentioned that the store may have a limited selection, but I think that you can't beat the personalized service you would get there versus a major jewelry chain. No wonder their store is one of Mom's favorites. more

Made by professional, talented jewelers, their finished product is second to none. I've never had better customer service or felt so well taken care of! When my fiance and I were shopping for our wedding rings we visited G Thomas. The business is very nice and their merchandise is exceptional, unfortunately their selection isn't huge. We were looking for a large selection to chose from and this store just didn't have it. The staff were not extremely helpful either. I kind of felt out of place in their store since I made it known that I was "just looking". I do like to window shop in their storefront from time to time because the pieces that they have on display were very exceptional. They just don't have a lot. more

When we were looking at engagement rings together, the staff made sure they only showed us items in our price range and being students, they actually talked us out of getting a pricey ring. They also offer a cash discount and a student discount, so we were able to save twenty percent on our purchase. They also offer follow up services such as free cleaning and buffing. more
