to anyone reading this DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY FOR PARTS! G&R and PICK-A-PART are terrible doing business with.go to any other company and save yourself the trouble. because of the employee incompetence we have been without a part for almost 3 weeks that was supposed to arrive in 3 days. after 2 orders of the wrong part and another order that was supposedly ordered but never shipped we are STILL WAITING for our part. apparently the person we talked to about this who was supposed to fix everything is conveniently sick today and his manager knows nothing about anything going on so its looking like another week without the part we need. I know they have lost the respect and business of anyone we have contact and because of the poor service and run around we have gotten this company will now receive a negative review on every outlet i can find to help out any other poor family from EVER using ANY of their services ever again. more
