full service network has been a problem since day one. there is problem with the service itself. I have had to reset my phone and internet several times. this last time was 6 days ago. i was told that the problem was from the outside line and verizion is responible.
i have been on the phone with them for the last four days.. the service is good when it works, but it has been to often that i have to reset it. i learned that by talking to the repair department several times. at one point they told me there was something wrong with my computer. i was crazy with thought of the expense. i'm a hands type of girl. after awhile i learned it was not my computer, but there equipment. i think i'll go to comcast.
