Quick, Affordable Company! 3/22/2012

Thanks to Full Service Network for being able to provide affordable phone/internet service. Anytime I have had a problem with my internet service I was able to call up the repair department and get help in a timely manner. The most wonderful thing about the company is I can speak to a representative who speaks English well. I don't need to call another country and get put on hold for hours at a time. I have recommended this company to family, and friends who also enjoy their service as well. more

Excelent Customer Service! 3/21/2012

I have done alot of research to find a better price and customer service then the larger more well known service providers that I have been used to in the past. I now have Full Service Network (Local Company) and have had service with them for awhile now, using internet and phone. I decided to write this review after an experience with one of their customer service reps. They were very helpful and assisted me setting up a new wireless router that I have purchased. They walked me through step by step and before I knew it I had my lap top outside on the front porch enjoying the nice weather we have been having! Once again I have been impressed by the serivce received by this Company......I would recommend this company to a friend or family member. more

Cheap and Reliable 3/9/2012

I only have internet since I no longer keep a home phone and Full Service Network has the cheapest price around for DSL. With FiOS not available yet and cable internet being outrageously expensive (not to mention the horrible customer service at Comcast) DSL is my only viable option and I've always been pleased with the service from Full Service Network. Their offices are all local to Pittsburgh and the customer service reps are so friendly. It's nice to only deal with a small team of service reps who actually work on your problem for you instead of being handled by some huge call center where everyone is just reading from a script. Sure, it's just DSL service, but these days we rely pretty heavily on our internet service so having a provider that makes sure it's running smoothly for me at a reasonable price is important. Why pay more to Verizon for the same thing with crappy customer service when you can get the same product from Full Service Network for less money AND get better customer service. Just seems like a no-brainer to me. more

Affordable, Personable and Dependable 3/9/2012

I'm not sure I could be looking for anything more from my phone and internet provider. I've shopped around and I can't find better pricing. While you might find ""special"" pricing, there always seems to be a catch with the other companies. In the long run, staying with Full Service Network has paid off, quite literally. Regardless of my needs, when I call them, I know my questions will be answered and my concerns will be addressed. Not only can I count on my service with them, but I can count on their customer service and repair department when I need them. I wish I could say the same things about my other service providers, but I can't. That's just what makes Full Service Network so special. more

Great Service at Great Price 3/7/2012

I have been using Full Service for my phone and internet for years. The service works great for everything I need. If I have any trouble at all I know I can speak with a real person who speaks English. The pricing cannot be beat and you do not get roped into ""special pricing"" that ends up being not so special after a year. Definitely recommend this company. more

Great local company! 3/2/2012

I've had my phone and internet service with Full Service Network for 7 years. The service is always reliable and the price is fantastic! This is a local company that employs LOCAL people! Keep your money here where it belongs. more

Fast and Friendly 3/1/2012

I have been using this service for years and its been great. My voicemails drop it my email and it helps me consolidate my telephone needs. Calling into them is always easy and I can talk to the same person each time if needed. My whole family uses their service and the experience has been a good one. more

REAL PEOPLE! 2/29/2012

Unauthorized credit card charges! 7/28/2011

The absolute worse experience and example of credit card fraud, never thought I would see this in PITTSBURGH. I contacted FULL SERVICE NETWORK recently. Initially I agreed to services but when the attendant (tom) attempted to charge my credit card, I was told it was declined and instructed to contact my credit card company to approve charges and that he would call me back in 20 minutes. I took that as a red flag because when my card is ever declined, its a red flag that the company has a history of fraudulent activity. I ended the call and was relieved only to receive a voice mail message 20 minutes later from the attendant tom that his supervisor had got my card to go through so they took it upon themselves to illegally charge my credit card. I called my CC company and disputed the charges, called toms supervisor back and left a message on his phone only to have Tom call me back to tell me the charges was removed. This morning i contacted my CC company again because I have 2! temporary transactions from FULL SERVICE NETWORK. I called them today and spoke to a supervisor and he tells me that they only charged me once and a credit was issued.........I'm reporting this firm to the attorney generals office and to the local TV stations if they don't do the right thing. I'm retired and my best friends are lawyers and judges in Allegheny County Pittsburgh, so it will be my duty and obligation to end this behavior.. more

Worst Company I have delt with in the last 20 years 6/10/2010

As a long time customer, I can tell you that i had a problem with billing, paid online, got a receipt, but they never followed up on their end. They Have the rudest most arrogant customer service dept. They never return calls, overcharge you for anything they can think of, and could care less about you. All the mistakes were on their end.. I had no phone for a month! They are the absolute worst company i have ever dealt with. They make verizon seem like the nicest, friendliest, most competent people in the world! Read the other reviews... you will see. I have had way better service with Magic Jack, cost? 39.99 first year, 19.99 a year after Pros: None whatsoever Cons: Worst Service, worst customer service, Avoid at all Cost more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, CHECK BBB 10/16/2009

Very bad company, poor customer service-talk with the same person. They increase charges, never tell you. Whats really bad is when you quit them, they continue to take monies out of your bank account. Went to bank and they said the only way to stop them is to close your account. Did that! Now, Full Service charged me with a $30 (can't get into account fee) that snowballed to $127. Who wants to deal with that? We need class action against this company!!!! Pros: None Cons: Very bad cust. service, they have controll of your bank acco more

Full Service Network 6/17/2009

I had received a call from Full Service on how they could cut my phone bill in half. The customer service rep said Verizon had been overcharging me. I was intrigued and decided to sign up. From day one, family members could not reach me, saying my number was out of service. I could not dial certain cell phone and land lines. Being 9mos pregnant, having phone service was of upmost importance. I called the customer service line and spoke to numerous agents. They had to change my phone route twice, still not solving the problem. Pros: inexpensive service Cons: Poor and unreliable more

The representatives are very inconsiderate, requesting me to call with every problem. I literally would have been on the phone with them numeros times a day. With FSN not fixing the problem after two routing changes, I decided to change to Comcast. Since changing to comcast, I haven't had one problem with my service. I would HIGHLY discourage anyone from signing up with this company!!! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!!!!! Pros: inexpensive service Cons: Poor and unreliable more

Full Service Network aka PittsburghVoice .... slow pricey DSL ... Shop Around 2/3/2009

Myself and my ex have this service. Her service is near flawless and saves money versus the ridiculous amounts Verizon charges for comparable services. Technical support is very good and responsive and local which means no foreign tech support. HOWEVER... my account has numerous issues with inconsistent service which is usually credited to Verizon's DSL lines. I have had numerous, lengthy problems with my phone and DSL service through PittsburghVoice aka Full Service Network. In my area the max speed for their top DSL plan is only 1.5 mbps which is barely enough for my needs .. and costs about $40 with fees. The phone is a reasonable solution for low call volume. My big gripe with them is they keep adding nuisance fees ala Verizon -- $5 to upgrade from silver to premium DSL... wasn't it enough for me to double the cost? Then when I gave up on their iffy, spotty, too-slow DSL... they wanted to charge me a $40 fee to drop DSL and keep the phone service. I told them take a hike. I am adding Comcast for the internet -- small amount more for 2-3 times faster than I am getting now. Until this company adopts a more open approach to its fees and makes the DSL premium service worth the cost... Save your money. I am also upset over billing issues. They make you pay by automatic debit. They screwed up my debit -- their fault which they admitted -- but the core issue is unresolved. Some of their customer service is adept, and some are rude and argumentative. Getting to a supervisor to discuss your issue doesn't happen. And forget getting credits for poor service -- I had two straight weeks of no service. You have to fight for any adjustments. Their phone service is fine if the Verizon lines around you are stable. Don't waste your money on their DSL if you need speed. Comcast and Verizon FIOS are better choices and many deals available. I now use a cell phone instead but now looking for another Voip to replace this one and there are many alternatives. Pros: Tech support is their strength Cons: Slow DSL, iffy customer service, hidden fees, annoying to deal with more
