I just wanted to say thank you for the session yesterday. My depression is pretty much gone and I hope to keep it that way. I am no longer afraid of getting divorced, no longer afraid of being lonely, no longer hanging on to futile hopes. more

With Frieda as my Life Coach for the past two years, I have made significant positive changes in the way I live life. The intent of my initial session was to address very typical issues for a single mom raising a teenage boy. What I learned in that session definitely improved my relationship with my teenage son, and in addition caused me to realize that I was not truly happy or satisfied with my life. more

I approached Frieda hoping to be saved from the sinking ship that was my life at the time — and I got SO much more. Not only did Frieda reach out and guide me in pulling myself up from the wreckage, he also helped me to look around and notice that what I had initially perceived as “wreckage” was actually an amazing opportunity for a renewed and improved life for myself. Frieda has helped me to climb mountains and to take great strides in building a strong, “unsinkable” foundation for my life. more

I have to say that Frieda L. Ferrick, MFT was so helpful when I needed help with my girlfriend. In the last few weeks I just couldn`t communicate with her and everything was going to end with a break up, but thanks to Frieda L. Ferrick, MFT, we are over it now. The Best couple consultant. I came to see Frieda after a rather ?traumatic? breakup of a long relationship. I had a broken heart, pain, sadness, a confused mind, and incessant thoughts and questions that would never rest. I had absolutely no idea what to do, no idea what had happened, and not a clue as to what I desired to do going forward. more
