They lost a pair of pants and a blouse in June 2010 and will not compensate me for them. Cannot get the owner on the phone - he never calls back. Deceptive business practices, terrible customer service - so frustrating -- please tell everyone to stay away from them more

nightmare dry cleaning! 7/20/2010

This is truly the worst dry cleaner I have ever been to - all of my clothes come back with the old stains PLUS new stains that were created by the cleaner! I have had multiple negative experiences with this dry cleaner - a garment was ruined, clothes that were supposed to be ready at a certain date were not ready, two pairs of white pants that came back with stains on them and the last incident was a lost jacket which the owner refuses to compensate me for. The owner of the dry cleaner is not on site and the manager is the "middle man" so that a customer cannot get in touch with the owner - this is a terrible business and I am not sure how they get away with this miserable service. more

Very friendly and courteous. Quick turn-around and very convenient hours, including Sundays!! These guys are very good. Same day turn-around if you need it. Friendly service. No quality problems, always satisfied with the job they do. Not that close to our house, and we pass at least 4 other cleaners on the way, but we are happy to make the extra effort to use Fred & Dolly's. more
