Replace a pipe with a hole in it 4/28/2019

Josh was excellent at his work and I was very happy with how fast he got done. I did think that the price was high. We needed the water pipe fixed, so we paid it, but for the short time he was here, 400$ was an awful lot. more

Service call 3/26/2019

We have a toilet that needs a new wax seal. We have used Frasier in the past and were happy with the service. Josh said the bill would be over $500.We can buy a new toilet for less than that. I felt that we were being taken to the cleaners. We have a service contract with Frasier for our two heating units, I guess that doesn't mean anything. more

The reason I called was to replace the wax ring on a toilet. The service man said it would be over $500. I could buy a new toilet for less than that. The service we got from Frasier in the past was great. That's why I called for the wax seal to be replaced by them. I felt like I was being taken to the cleaners. The service man said those were the prices. more

Joe Kimball of Frazier's Plumbing and Heating came to service my furnace for the yearly check up. He was on time, very personable, and appeared to be very informed in what he was doing. A Great asset! more

Gene Z visited us and performed the service. He appears quite competent but his real strength seemed to be his ability to instruct the client without being "Know-it-All." Hope he comes back next time. more

Hidden SmokeDetector 6/26/2018

Dan A. came to the house since we had continuous beep which we thought was in the furnace room. It turned out to be a smoke detector which had been covered by drywall when the room was remodeled. Dan spent a great deal of time looking for it and finally finding it so we could eliminate it. Dan definitely went above and beyond in providing service to us. Dan is terrific! more

On Time and Professional 5/1/2018

Dan arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job discussing what I wanted done and options available to me. When I decided what I wanted he immediately got to work and finished in a reasonable amount of time. He explained everything he had done and showed me how to use the new installation once he finished. He was pleasant and professional throughout. I have always had good results with Frasiers and Dan was yet another example of their great work! more

New furnace estimate 2/19/2018

The estimator was very thorough in explaining the problems with the old furnace and how the new one would work. He took the time to show what needed to be replaced and tested the system for me. Very pleased with the estimate. The only problem was the price of the furnace and installation. more
