My car was thoroughly serviced and I was treated respectfully.

Worst

After spending almosr 2,000 dollars on both my vehicles I was told that on my 10% discount would only be a 50.00 which that is not what the coupon states

Locally owned and operated by professional people. 7/10/2013

5000 Mile Maintenance 6/29/2013

The routine maintenance was performed very well. Mu only suggestion would be to install blinds in the waiting room window as the sun beats in there in the morning. more

Unexpected repairs 6/15/2013

I didn't expect to have car trouble 75 miles from home, but I'm so glad I found Frank's Automotive to help. They diagnosed the problem, stayed late to see that I had alternate transportation home and offered me a fair price to get everything fixed and gave me advise to keep it that way. more

Reliable, quick service with appointment made only a day before. Projections of major repairs seem a bit pricey, but standard service work seems reasonably priced. more

OVERPRICED!! 5/12/2012

I went to Frank's because I was having an issue with my A/C in my truck. I took it to Frank's to get an estimate. Later that day they called me back with an estimate of $1800 dollars. That was expensive for me so I took it to another shop down the road. The other shop quoted me $550 dollars. When I told him the quote I got at Frank's, the laughed and said he gets customers from Frank's all the time due to overpricing. Frank's automotive will overprice you!!! Don't go there!! more

MOST HONEST I EVER MET 1/20/2011

I have been to franks before with my vehicles and they are as nice and honest as the day is long. but this last time i went i thought my clutch went out in my car. I had it towed by bigfoot towing which were really nice pepole, to franks automotive. when they called me and told me it was just my clutch master i was very happy. They charge a fair price and stand by there work. Another thing that is real nice is that they offer a no charge nation wide warranty on all there repairs, THAT IS AWSOME. more
