Great place and would recommend it to everyone 11/11/2008

I realize that many people write these reviews and think they have had horrible service. You go to the Urgent Care not when you are well but when you are sick. And, that on it's own puts people on edge. I spent the better part of my time in the waiting area and saw how people abused the staff and how calm they stayed. Pros: In and out quickly. Horrible experience! 7/14/2008

My wife took my son in there with a bleeding broken finger and was told that they couldnt help because they were going to lunch. 9 year old boy crying and hurt and lunch was too important to be able to wait and take care of him. When I complained and tried to get the manager, I got some punk kid who wouldnt give me any names of someone I could complain to. He said that he was sorry but no one could help. Cons: didnt want to help. more
