Took my Honda 2010 civic to frank Kent body shop to get drivers front fender driver's mirror and door repaired, Have had to take it back twice now for substandard workmanship and paint. I wouldn't use them again, and fortunately my auto insurance will allow me to take it to yet another body shop if I am not satisfied. Very sad ....... more

Awful 4/5/2010

Unfortunate that I have to put one star on this review. Took the Frank Kent body shop 3 attempts to get a half decent paint finish after they repaired a dent on my door. Then a while later i take the door trim off to investigate a rattle. I find that the muppets at this place have broken brackets, left the door key lock rod unconnected and left out fastners. Would recommed that people stay as far away from this place as possilbe, a child of 12 could probably have done a better job of removing and replacing the door trim. more

Body Shop 11/3/2008

A person's vehicle was damaged @ my place of business. We are paying for it but Frank Kent Auto Group does not accept 3rd party checks. This makes it more inconvenient for the owner of the vehicle. I have dealt with high end dealerships that have no issue with accepting 3rd party checks. Surprisingly Service King accepts third party checks. I would recommend purchasing / servicing your vehicle elsewhere! more

Service was Great! 10/21/2006

I had to have my Honda serviced last week and Frank Kent Honda was awesome. I dropped the car off at lunch and they had it ready by 3:00. They explained everything very well and didn't try to pressure for something I didn't need. I will definitely be taking my car back to Frank Kent. more
