we drive by this place all the time and didn't notice it until a friday night when we saw others walking into the dimly lit building. it's a small place in general, probably only seats 40 or so, and even though i never knew it was a restaurant, there seemed to be many regulars who were familiar with the waitress. the family running the restaurant have been there for almost 25 years and are the sweetest people...the father's usually playing the guitar as you stroll in. the food is pricey but the atmosphere combined with the flavor of all the many dishes you can choose from make it worth it. it's mostly southern cuisine and you won't find any steak or mashed potatoes here, it's all about the homemade sauces and pastas, thinly pounded veal and chicken sautees and extra thin, crispy pizza. it's great for couples, but go in early when they're not too busy yet and you can bring the whole family. it's just a really cute place overall.
